At our foundation, we are excited to share that we have a dedicated committee that carefully preselects applications to ensure that every deserving child receives the gift of new shoes at our events. It is important to remember that registration is essential for your child to be eligible for this wonderful opportunity.
Can I just show up to the event in hopes of getting shoes for my child the day of the event?
While we truly appreciate your enthusiasm for attending our event, we REQUIRE that all paricipants have met the requirements to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved. This allows us to prepare adequately and prioritize the specific needs of each child, ensuring that we can provide the best possible support.
Why are Report Cards Required to get shoes?
It serves as a crucial stepping stone toward greater academic success. At our foundation, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of accountability among students by encouraging self-improvement and the setting of meaningful academic goals, which ultimately leads to personal achievements.
My Child has an IEP? Does he/she qualify for the program?
We are delighted to share that students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are warmly welcomed into our program at Your Perfect Footwear Foundation! We truly understand the importance of privacy surrounding sensitive information, which is why we are unable to accept IEP documentation directly. However, we require for a copy of the student’s report card to facilitate their enrollment.
Why submit reports even after my child received shoes?
To enhance the journey, our incentive program rewards academic achievements with prize bags, highlighting the link between academic success and positive outcomes. Parents can participate by submitting their child's report card to receive awesome prizes for their child, fostering a supportive environment for youth empowerment.
What happens if my child is not nominated for this event?
We value parents' concerns about event nominations and prioritize uplifting underserved youth. While spots are limited, each child's application is significant and WILL be revisited.

Why is my child require to fill out and sign the Academic Pledge?

Who needs to fill out the Application?
Please note that the application needs to be filled out by the applicant's parent, guardian, or agency. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the application is completed accurately. If you any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
